To start, sign in with your SDSUid at Microsoft's Azure Dev Tools for Teaching page.

SDSU students are eligible to install other Microsoft software applications like Project Professional, Visio Professional, Visual Studio Enterprise, Windows 10, SQL Server 2019 Developer, and more with their SDSUid. Log into with your SDSUid credentials, and click on the button labeled 'Install Office' to begin the download.

Office 365 is licensed for use on up to 5 computers. (Note: If you have already logged in to an application using Single Sign-On (SSO), you may not need to re-enter your SDSUid and password.) Microsoft Office Simply go to and you will be redirected to the Microsoft portal to login with your SDSUid. Applications include Gmail, Docs, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and more. Google Workspace for Education is an online cloud storage and collaboration tool that provides users the ability to create, share and collaborate using the Google Workspace. San Diego State has partnered with Google to provide free Google Workspace accounts to all current students. Please see How to Obtain and Install Adobe Creative Cloud for more information and support. If you are already signed in to an Adobe CC product, you will need to sign out and sign back in with your SDSUid and password to provision the new license. Simply sign in at with your SDSUid and password to license your account. Current SDSU students are eligible to use Adobe Creative Cloud applications with a valid SDSUid.
